Susan uses an Integrative approach drawing from several therapy models including:

Cancellation Policy

Clients are responsible to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Less than 24 hours could result in being charged the full rate.


Rate increase starting October 15th, 2015 (GST not included):

Individual Therapy – 1 hour session – $110.00
Couples Therapy – 1 hour session – $120.00

Payment Options

We accept cash, cheque, Visa / Mastercard, and Interac payments at our office.

Insurance Providers:

  • Manitoba Justice – Compensation for Victims of Crime*
  • Manitoba Public Insurance*

*provide letter from your insurance provider stating the number of sessions and/or amount that has been approved for counseling services.

**EAP – Client is responsible to pay fees upfront at time of appointment and submit receipts to their insurance provider unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that many EAP providers only cover services of licensed psychologists.

RETURNING CLIENTS may use our online booking system.  NEW CLIENTS please call (204) 471-5245 for a free 15 minute consultation and to book your first appointment.  Calls will be returned within 24 hours between 9am-5pm.

We are unable to provide crisis counselling outside of office hours.  In the event of a crisis, please call Klinic’s 24 hour Crisis Line @ 786-8686 or go to your nearest hospital and ask for a psych assessment.
